Since 2017 we have over 1,000 people participate in Facilitating Learning and Change workshops.
We have seen many of you who have participated taking what you have learned and doing some great work. The programme began with RMPP and is now being run by NZIPIM.
Over the past year we have had many attendees from our past workshops, ask for a more in-depth workshop to look at advanced facilitation skills and how to deal with diverse groups.
Working with NZIPIM, Lab Wilson and Richard Parkes have designed a 2 day workshop to enhance your facilitation skills, and to navigate difficult situations, such as conflict, effectively. The two day module 2 workshop has been created with plenty of time for hands-on activities and breakout groups so you can learn from each other’s experiences.
Topics will include:
- Facilitating diverse groups and building consensus
- Navigating difficult conversations eg. regulatory, compliance, conflict
- Building a team and gaining commitment to action
- Stakeholder engagement
- Enabling change through facilitation
